Will CE-Clarifier work if it looks discolored and congealed?

Sometimes CE-Clarifier can settle in the bottle or drums, and look brownish in color, and congealed like mucus.

If your bottle of CE-Clarifier looks gross inside (discolored with clumps of mucus-looking nastiness), shake the bottle thoroughly, and the product should still work fine.

CE-Clarifier brown and clumpy, chitosan and enzymes over time, the product still works. Orenda
As ugly as it looks (and we agree, it's ugly), this is pretty normal for chitosan.  During the manufacturing process some of the components used have clumping and color variations as a byproduct of the production process. Many clarifiers on the market use dyes to even the color out, but part of our Orenda promise is delivering products without synthetic components and dyes.  The reality is chitosan is not always a pretty-looking substance.

...but it helps make your water beautiful.

What to do if CE-Clarifier looks congealed

Shake the bottle and use normally.  The product should work just fine. And like any other Orenda products, store in a place out of direct sunlight and where the product cannot freeze.
